Postanowiłem utworzyć tę kategorię, ponieważ czasami jest tak że człowiek odkryje coś ciekawego czy przydatnego, ale jest to coś na tyle małego, że po prostu nawet jak byłbym drugim Mickiewiczem to i tak nie wykrzesałbym z tego więcej, niż jednej strony tekstu. W pierwszym odcinku tego cyklu biorę na warsztat prostą aplikację Batteries. Jak sama jej nazwa wskazuje, służy ona do śledzenia stanu baterii wszystkich urządzeń Apple połączonych z naszym Apple ID. Pozwala nam to na przykład na śledzenie stanu ładowania naszego iPhone’a, gdy my akurat siedzimy przy naszym Macu czy na odwrót. Jednakże za taką przyjemność przyjdzie nam zapłacić 23,99 ZŁ.
Instalacja
Zanim będziemy mogli skorzystać z aplikacji musimy ją oczywiście najpierw zainstalować na wszystkich naszych urządzeniach Apple. Warto nadmienić, że zakup jest uniwersalny (zakupienie aplikacji na jednym urządzeniu automatycznie uprawnia nas do korzystania z niej na innych). Program można pobrać ze sklepu App Store, albo wpisując frazę „battery widget” w polu wyszukiwania albo korzystając z tego linku
Gdy już pobierzemy aplikację na nasze urządzenia wystarczy ją tylko uruchomić, gdyż nie wymaga ona żadnej dodatkowej konfiguracji. Na systemie iOS aplikacja pokazuje stan baterii wszystkich urządzeń w swoim głównym oknie, natomiast w systemie MacOS wystarczy tylko wejść w „Menu dodatkowe” (VO+M+M) i wybrać pozycję „Batteries”.
I to na tyle jeżeli chodzi o programik Batteries. Mała rzecz, a cieszy :). Tym czasem chciałbym zapytać Was, czytelników: czy taka forma wpisów Wam odpowiada? Czy wolicie może dłuższe teksty o poważniejszych rzeczach? Opinię pozostawiam Wam, a tym czasem idę testować kolejne, ciekawe aplikacje.
